Red Rooster Coffee Company is a family owned small batch roaster located in Bonners Ferry Idaho. We source only organic, fair-trade, and shade grown beans for our blends and single origin roasts.

Jack's Black, named for the roaster himself, is our best selling dark roast blend comprised of beans from Mexico, Sumatra, Africa, and Nicaragua. In our opinion it is the perfect cup of coffee, with all the chocolaty, roasty, dark notes that you seek when when you sip that first cup in the morning. We brew this blend daily as our house roast at Under the Sun and it has always been a crowd pleaser.
